Routine Service
To notify us of a routine service request, click here and complete the service request form. You may also call us at (614) 895-9910, Extension 4. We will respond promptly.

Emergency Service
If you experience an emergency service issue, such as a total loss of heat, water or electricity, a plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply be shut off, a total water stoppage or any situation that endangers the occupants of the home, please contact the appropriate sub-contractor’s 24-Hour emergency service number below.

Once you have made this initial contact please e-mail or call us to inform us of the problem. We will verify through the sub-contractor that required repairs are completed.

11-Month New Home Service

During the first 11 months after your new home closing, we recommend that you keep a list of service items that need to be completed under your new home Warranty . During the 11th month simply submit the list to us through email. You may also mail us the information.

Our Home Care associates will contact you to schedule completion of the service items under warranty.

Other Service Needs

Many suppliers contributed to the completion of your new home. If you have repairs not under warranty, or if you have a desire to upgrade or expand your home, you may contact them directly.
