The rental process:
- Review our list of homes below
- Complete a Prequalification Questionnaire
- We will review your application and advise you accordingly.
- A rental home professional will contact you and schedule a time to meet and decide on a home.
- Together we will complete the documentation necessary to execute a Lease Agreement - normally a two-year period with the ability to extend the term.
- You provide the security deposit (normally one month), and pet deposit if applicable
- Before you move into your home, we complete a 74-step review and normally paint every room.
