Once you have chosen a house plan you will be invited to sit down with your home professional, and select the design finishes and interior options that will truly make this house your home.
Prior to the meeting, we suggest that you review your New Home Guide - it contains all the options available to you and is provided to you in advance. We also encourage you to visit housing developments to look at exterior color schemes. Bring photos from magazines and books, and anything that will help us to see the 'look and feel' you are envisioning. | | |  | Pre-Build Conference
A few days before construction begins, you will be invited to meet with your Home Professional and the Building Supervisor who is responsible for turning the blueprints and the color selections into your new home.
During this one hour meeting, we will review the plans and the color selections to ensure the paperwork clearly reflect your preferences. | | |  | Clearing Your Lot
If your new lot is wooded, we will clear the construction area, with minimal impact to other trees on the property. If you wish to have specific trees or a larger area cleared, just make the request through your Home Professional and we will provide a quote for your approval. | | |  | Staking
Once the property is cleared and before additional work begins, we will stake the lot to ensure the home is located precisely where we planned. |
