"I waited 15 months to write this letter, as we wanted to experience the full effect of your service, promises and response to any issues, concerns and compliments we may have experienced.
In October of 2002, my wife and I began looking for a new home in Westerville. We met with Connie who proved to be responsive, caring, considerate and professional in her field. Connie took the time to get to know who we are, our desires and concerns about a new home.
Connie showed us a wooded lot that appealed to us immediately and began showing us the different models that were optional to be built on the lot we had become fond of. Connie took the time to ask questions, get the feel for our budget and told the story about Dunmoor Homes.
This was not our first new construction but our excitement was the same as others we had built as we watched our home get built from start to finish. The amazing part was how Dunmoor Homes was able to meet or exceed each timeline during the building process.
Finally we reached the point of our final walk through and closing which I must say went extremely smooth and Dunmoor Homes represented themselves in a caring and professional manner. Even Bill Moorhead attended our closing with Connie. Having experienced new home construction in the past, we were not naive enough to believe the first year would be problem free. As with any new construction you are going to have issues, settling, and breakage. What is most impressive was the response time of Gary Dunn and others each time we had an issue.
Chris came to inspect, repair or call for assistance and was extremely polite, professional and had the ability to answer our concerns, questions and get the job done. In addition, Tom was very responsive and checked to ensure the proper contact was made when issues were brought up.
Yes, we had small repairs and issues with some hardware, flooring and even flooding in our back yard. Each issue was addressed, repaired and met our expectations. The amazing part is that even though we have passed the one year point, Dunmoor Homes is still assisting us when a concern or issue comes up.
We have spoken to prospective buyers, friends and associates who have considered or are considering purchasing a Dunmoor Home and each time we brag about our new home and the service we received at every level inside Dunmoor. One refreshing experience for us has been the ability to actually deal with the owners when trying to resolve any issue that might arise. Try doing that at M/I or the host of others that claim to be the builder you should deal with.
Without hesitation we would recommend Dunmoor and if we were ever in the market, we would once again use Dunmoor Homes. My wife, kids and I love our new home and are convinced we made the right decision when we chose a Dunmoor Home." |
