The Footing and Foundation Walls
Over the next few days, the footing and the foundation walls for your new home will be installed. Dunmoor Homes uses poured concrete wall construction. This method creates a stronger and more problem-resistant foundation. Once the underground plumbing and backfill are completed, Dunmoor installs waterproofing and both interior and exterior foundation drains. (Most other builders only install an interior drain and damp proof the foundation). |
